Key Responsibilities
Provide pastoral care, encouragement, and leadership development for Campus Kids Directors, supporting their spiritual health and effectiveness.
Translate and communicate church vision into clear direction for Kids Directors across all campuses.
Lead, develop, and unify the Kids Director team through a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration.
Facilitate regular Kids Director meetings to support alignment, planning, and problem-solving.
Oversee curriculum, programs, and Kids Ministry events to ensure consistency, theological integrity, and engagement.
Provide high-level leadership and resolution for complex or sensitive Kids Ministry issues.
Ensure excellence, safety, and consistency across all Kids Ministry environments.
Collaborate with churchwide and campus leadership to integrate Kids Ministry into the broader church vision and direction.

Oversee purchasing and distribution of supplies and themed resources for campuses.
Maintain clear weekly communication with Kids Directors regarding curriculum and expectations.
Ensure compliance with Safer Churches policies, including WWCC and safeguarding requirements.
Take meeting minutes and provide administrative support for Churchwide Kids meetings and systems.

Provide pastoral care and support to children and families within the local campus Kids Ministry.
Prepare, edit, and distribute service runsheets to ensure smooth Sunday program delivery.
Organise and oversee all campus Kids services, programs, and events.
Lead, support, and develop Kids Ministry staff, leaders, and volunteers.
Implement the vision and direction of the Senior Pastor within the local campus context.
Maintain Kids Ministry facilities and equipment to a high standard of safety and excellence.
Ensure compliance with WWCC, OHS, and Safer Churches policies and procedures.
Support team training, development, and ongoing operational effectiveness within the campus Kids Ministry.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Kids Team Members during Sunday services and events, ensuring smooth program delivery.
Provide clear direction during services by communicating expectations, roles, and runsheet requirements.
Support volunteers by offering encouragement, guidance, and on-the-spot leadership during Kids Ministry programs.
Ensure a safe, positive, and well-managed environment for children in line with OHS, WWCC, and Safer Churches policies.
Build a healthy and unified team culture by fostering connection, collaboration, and care among volunteers.
Assist in the practical implementation of curriculum, activities, games, and crafts as directed by Kids leadership.
Communicate effectively with the Campus Kids Coordinator regarding team needs, incidents, or pastoral concerns.
Help identify, encourage, and develop new and existing volunteers within the Kids Ministry team.
Ensure all team members are briefed, supported, and debriefed as needed during services and events.
Undertake other reasonable responsibilities as directed by Kids leadership to support effective ministry operations.

Assist with Bible teaching, activities, games, and crafts as directed by Kids leadership.
Maintain a safe environment by following all OHS, WWCC, and Safer Churches requirements.
Work collaboratively with the Kids team to contribute to a positive and unified team culture.
Communicate appropriately with leaders regarding any concerns, incidents, or pastoral needs.
Ensure all interactions reflect the values and culture of the church.
Attend team training and meetings where possible and remain open to ongoing development.
Hold a valid WWCC and comply with all safeguarding requirements.
